| Jesus valued children highly.
The Bible passage in Mark 10:13-16 illustrates this best. "People were
bringing little children to Jesus to have Him touch them, but the disciples
rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to
them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the
kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who
will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it."
And He took the children in His arms, put his hand on them and blessed them."
The primary purpose of the Children's Ministry is to partner
with parents in the awesome responsibility to let the children come to Jesus."
This goal is pursued by offering many different programs designed to meet the
needs and interests of children. Safety is a priority! Background
checks of all workers are mandatory and we continually strive to update our
security systems. We offer to you and your child a place where God's love
is actively demonstrated and where God's Word is studied and taught.
